NHN has implemented liquid cooling technology for 7,656 Nvidia GPUs as part of efforts to support South Korea’s artificial intelligence infrastructure development. The cooling system addresses the thermal management challenges associated with operating large-scale GPU clusters for AI applications. This infrastructure expansion represents a significant investment in Korea’s computational capacity for AI research and deployment.
