Athena Agentic has acquired Maxxsure, a cyber risk quantification platform, to expand its service offerings in the cybersecurity sector. The acquisition adds quantification capabilities to Athena Agentic’s existing portfolio of agentic AI solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the announcement.
