EPAA and HSBC launch APAC working group on agentic payments – Electronic Payments International

The Electronic Payments Association of Asia-Pacific (EPAA) and HSBC have established a working group focused on agentic payments in the Asia-Pacific region. The initiative aims to address the development and implementation of autonomous payment systems across the region. The working group will bring together industry stakeholders to establish standards and best practices for agentic payment technologies.
