Schlumberger Limited announced a $3.4 billion acquisition of Kelvion, a thermal management solutions provider, to capitalize on growing cooling demands from artificial intelligence data centers. The deal positions SLB to supply specialized cooling technologies as hyperscale data center operators increasingly require advanced thermal management systems to handle the power-intensive infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
