Windward buys Azimut.ai to add camera-based eyes to its maritime AI platform – Dealroom

Windward has acquired Azimut.ai to integrate camera-based visual recognition capabilities into its maritime artificial intelligence platform. The acquisition enables Windward to enhance its AI system with computer vision technology for monitoring maritime activities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
